We had a wonderful time here and will definitely return. the staff were friendly, and the room was clean with an extra bed. the location was fantastic, being just a short walk from a train station, and the property was situated in a vibrant area.

I had a wonderful experience at Hotel Il Cuore Namba. the staff was excellent; they truly made my stay memorable. the hotel is conveniently located near major railway stations, including Namba Station and the Rapit, making it easy to get around. it’s close to the vibrant shopping district of Shinsaibashi, which was a great place to explore. the location also provided easy access to visit the Church of St Peter, adding to the charm of my trip.

Spotlessly clean venue and lovely friendly employees. Satisfactory breakfast with Japanese and western food for all tastes. Compact rooms with free coffee in the lobby as well as extra bed, excellent service. Central location, just a pleasant stroll away from Ebisubashi Bridge.

The service was exceptional with early check-in. the breakfast offered a great selection of delightful food and drinks. the location was magnificent and absolutely perfect, being very close to popular tourist attractions like Shinsheibashi, Dotonbori, and the Glico Man, as well as Namba station and shopping areas.

Location is near shopping streets. It is connected by three major railway lines all stopping at Namba station. These lines are connected by underground Namba Walk link way. It is recommended to buy jr pass to use the jr Osaka loop railway line which has a stop at jr Namba station. There is a supermarket at jr Namba station which sells nice sushi and bread. Sushi there is so much cheaper and nicer compared to sushi in Tokyo.

No international tv channel. Not so friendly for people not able to understand Japanese language.

I chose this hotel because of its close proximity to Nankai Namba train station, just a 2 minutes walk away from the main entrance, as we needed to catch an early morning train to the Kansai airport on the next day. If you are reaching Osaka by flight, you can catch the Nankai train to go to Namba train station directly from the airport, which is very convenient. From the hotel, you can easily explore Dotonburi and Shinsaibashi shopping district which are just a few minutes away by walking. Other than its location, the hotel and rooms are generally clean and comfortable with complete room and ensuite bathroom amenities, albeit lacking a in-room safety box. Price is reasonable, but I did stay in a nicer and much cheaper hotel in the middle of Dotonburi before. So you have to choose between distance from station and comfort of stay. Free coffee machine at lobby lounge is a plus. Free WiFi in rooms as well albeit not in the lobby.

Surrounding area is quiet during night time. Lift can only be accessible by inserting your room card after 10:30PM. All doors would be closed after 3AM midnight. Room charge has to be settled before staying through cash machine next to the reception. All these made us feel weird but still acceptable. No drinking water provided in room.

Great location close to Kansai airport, making it convenient to travel. Easy to explore the area. - Delicious breakfast with a variety of Japanese and Western options available.

Everything. I had requested for an iron and it was ready in my room upon my arrival. Very effecient and friendly staff. If you stay at this hote you can arrive at JR Namba station by train from the airport which will take 1 hour. then underground walk for about 15 minutes to Namba Station exit no. 5. It has an excalator. turn right and cross the road, walk for 2 minutes to find the hotel on the left.

It has soft bed which was a bit of a problem as i like hard beds.

Location, room size is reasonable, house-keeping is excellent, toiletries are excellent (and even a bottle of odour deodoriser) , complimentary (good) coffee maker in the lobby. Good staff; but poor command of English.

Check-in after 3 pm is late; a more customer-friendly time would be 12 pm.

I recommend staying here. the hotel is reasonably clean, nestled in a well-maintained building with really helpful staff. the rooms are great-sized and include an electric kettle and a refrigerator. Excellent service, and the breakfast is satisfactory. Free Wi-Fi is acceptable and available throughout the property. the venue is in an excellent and absolutely perfect location close to a railroad station. Additionally, the overall food is amazing.
